Lockdown Lifted at Southern Adventist University

A lockdown at Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tenn., ended around 2:30 p.m. today after a suspect was apprehended. In a written statement, university officials said they locked down the campus around noon today after police received credible threats to the campus. According to news reports, other schools in the area were placed on lockdown. The lockdown at the other schools was also lifted.
