Office of the Executive Secretary

How We Serve

The executive secretary works to ensure the smooth operation of the Columbia Union Conference and its entities. He assists the president in his leadership role with the union, Columbia Union College, and the healthcare systems and serves as vice chair for several boards and committees.

He sees that the Columbia Union and its local conferences abide by their respective constitutions and bylaws. He also directs the keeping and distribution of minutes, policies, and resolutions of the Union Executive Committee and its sub-committees. Human resources is another area of responsibility.
