Staff of Adventist HealthCare, based in Rockville, Md., recently gave their best wishes to Ed Hodge, who served as their executive vice president/chief administrative officer since 1999. Hodge, an outgoing member of Potomac Conference’s Community Praise Center in Alexandria, Va., accepted the position of senior executive officer/chief people officer at Florida Hospital. Florida Hospital, an eight-hospital system in Orlando, is operated by Adventist HealthCare’s sister organization Adventist Health Systems and is known for providing outstanding care to its patients.

“Ed will truly be missed but his legacy of people-focused performance, attention to both the big picture and the important details, and passion for our mission will always be a part of the spirit that makes our organization a wonderful place to give and receive care,” said Bill Robertson, Adventist HealthCare president and CEO (pictured with Hodge).
